Luxury Japanese Import Repair, specializing in Lexus,Toyota, Acura and Honda
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Have had a love for cars since a toddler, just seemed to be the right match for me. I have a degree in psychology from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. I believe that my back ground in psychology has been a great asset in understanding the customer and helps in our great customer satisfaction index.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We strive to provide a pleasant service experience. We will not do anything on a customers vehicle that we would not do to our own. Trust is the key to our service experience.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just opened a new location at 2711 Warwick Trfy. Kansas City, Mo. 64108 #816-471-4555. With the opening of the downtown location Exact Performance now has two locations.
