How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I was personally trained by Dr. Sandidge, one of the top brown recluse spider experts in the world, on their control and treatment techniques. We also try to find the root of the problem, not slap a bandaid on it.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now we have a technician in Lawrence, KS and he is a Phd. And we also run the Kansas City area, Kansas and Missouri side. We hope to expand but we do so slowly so we do not loose our customer service!
