How long have you been in business?
13 years selling homes in Johnson County, KS. I'm a licensed residential Realtor/Agent in both Kansas and Missouri (since 2002)
What is your primary product or service?
My realtor/agent service is providing excellent representation to home buyers and sellers. Guiding them through the process to achieve their goal - Selling their house and/or Buying a house. Product: residential real estate - homes, townhouses, condos, duplexes and multiplexes located in Olathe, Overland Park, Shawnee, Roeland Park, Fairway, Mission, Leawood and Merriam. I also list/sell homes in Wyandotte and Miami Counties (KS).
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My background is sales management -- in wholesale, retail and corporate training businesses. I met an experienced real estate broker when buying my Olathe home (1999). She became my mentor, friend and residential realty sales trainer.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Two important things differentiate me from (many) other full-time real estate agents; 1.Listening skills - focused on the client needs, wants - their priorities and concerns - what can I do to help them? 2.Product knowledge - knowing Johnson County's housing market trends and finding out/learning about homes/property as well as the 'process' of buying and selling. 13 years experience showing and selling homes in the area. It's a complicated, time-consuming process to buy and or sell a house. My goal is to exceed your expectations!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I've shown and sold homes in all of these Johnson County cities: Olathe, Overland Park, Leawood, Mission, Merriam, Roeland Park, Shawnee and Stilwell.

What type of payments do you accept?
When you purchase and/or sell your home all the monies are handled by (through) an escrow or Title company. The title company distributes all payments to all the parties involved in the transaction (sale) including the commission I earn for selling the home.
Which areas do you service?
I list, show and sell homes in Johnson, Wyandotte and Miami counties in Kansas. I'm also licensed in Missouri.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I'm an independent contractor - all realtors are... I own and operate my own real estate business. My real estate licenses (KS and MO) is held by managing broker/office - Realty Executives of Kansas City (Leawood office)
What are your hours of operation?
I'm available by appointment (for both listing and showing homes) M-F 8:30 AM - 7 PM and on the weekends Sat 9 AM to 7 PM and Sun from Noon/12 pm to 5 pm. My direct (mobile) ph 913-636-4880
