Happy Tails began operations in October, 2009.
What is your primary product or service?
Happy Tails does dog walking and running, in-home pet sitting, pet taxi (pet transportation) and pet visits. Our vision is to attract clients that will utilize several of our services and where we become a reliable "family member" in the care and health of their pet. In our customer's busy lives, Happy Tails can provide assistance to our customers in the care of their pets, and relieve the owner of these time-consuming responsibilities.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our customized and individualized service to our customers and their pets differentiates our service(s). Our goal is to serve a small clientele with an integrated set of services that they can rely on. We want to assist pet owners in providing the best care possible for their furry friends.
What type of payments do you accept?
At this time, we only accept cash and checks.
Which areas do you service?
Because of the type of service we want to provide, we restrict our services to southeastern Johnson County.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Norm and Susan Berlinski are the owners/operators of Happy Tails. There are no other employees.
What are your hours of operation?
We are very flexible and want to serve our customers when they need us. We are open to their needs and will try to meet their every situation.
