How long have you been in business?
Since February 2009.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential Real Estate. Helping people with the sale or purchase of homes.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always had a passion for helping people. I used to own a commercial construction company (Midwest Cast Stone) and sold the company in 2007. After helping the new owners with the transition, I fell into real estate by chance and have been so thankful since! With my background in business and construction, it has really helped me provide exceptional service to my clients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I would say my level of customer service is where you will see the biggest difference between me and others. I'm always a quick phone call/text message/email away. I strive to be available to my clients for all their needs. My service doesn't just stop after they have sold or bought a home, I like to think of my services going beyond that. If any kind of issue or question comes up, they can contact me so I can help them find a solution or answer to their question.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently my office is located in Overland Park. However Reece & Nichols has over 15 offices over the entire KC metro area which I can easily access and meet clients at.

I service the entire metro KC area, but with an emphasis in Johnson County, Kansas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are owned by Berkshire Hathaway.
What are your hours of operation?
I'm usually available to my clients from 7 am to 10 pm daily.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
No matter what, Majid will find a way to make his clients happy and satisfied.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.
