How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have over 25 years of experience in the Administrative field. 11 of those years I worked for the State of Kansas where I gained a vast majority of my skills. I also worked as an Office Manager for 5 years in the construction industry.
I also have over 10 years in the Insurance industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We all have experience and several fields of expertise. We have college backgrounds and we stay up to date on the latest technologies and education.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now we only have 1 location, but this is all done virtually, so yes, we have plans to expand!
What type of payments do you accept?
We only accept Paypal. Paypal allows you to pay by checking account, debit card or credit card. Paypal also protects both you and us.
Which areas do you service?
We service the entire US at this time, but have plans to expand into Candad.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
LaDonna Hatcliff is CEO and everyone who works here runs the daily operations.
