We provide dog boarding, cat boarding, dog day care, grooming, training and have a retail boutique with unique treats, toys and pet supplies.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Pete and Mac's founder, from St Joseph, MO., came from many decades in the animal healthcare field and realized that there was a lack of quality places for concerned and dedicated pet owners to take their pets to board, play, train and groom
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Pete and Mac’s is NOT a “dog kennel.” Pete and Mac’s has been taking care of pets since 1999 and our experience shows. Highly trained staff on site 24/7, 365 days a year, never just remotely monitored. Pete and Mac’s continues to lead the pack with no breed or size discrimination. We have 6 locations in 4 states - 3 of those locations are here in the Kansas City Metro area.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 6:30am - 7:00pm; Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm; and Sunday noon - 6pm are the hours our lobby is open. However, we do have staff in the building 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide personalized care for your pets.
