How long have you been in business?
We incorporated as BEEBE Heating & Air Conditioning in 1987. However, we were also in the plumbing and HVAC business prior to 1987 as BEEBE's Best Plumbing. BEEBE's Best started in 1960 in Mission KS.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential and light commercial air conditioning / furnace repair and replacement.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Construction was always my passion. I started my first construction company in high school and it supported me through college. After KSU, (Construction Science) I coordinated construction projects across the United States for a National Franchise. I was later ask to run BEEBE and jumped at the chance. I now own BEEBE and run it. It is great, I am here every day.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I do not commission anyone in the company. I believe it is an incentive to take advantage of the customer. Most companies commission all sales personnel & technicians it sell there customers. It is my belief that if you educate your customer they will appreciate your experience and honesty which will lead to future business.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location at 9104 Cody in Overland Park. I do not have plans to expand, I like being small enough where a customer can call and talk to me directly if they need or like. Big enough to offer all the perks of size and yet small enough to deal with people on a personal level.

Everything in Johnson County and any location within 15 miles outside the County.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Chris Haag, I am the owner and the operator. Call me or one of my great personnel.
What are your hours of operation?
BEEBE has someone available 24/7 to handle any Heating or Cooling situation. Our office is open from 7:30am till 5pm Monday through Friday.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
One of the best compliments I get is related to how we are truly different from the rest of the companies out there. How we are different in our approach or praise on our high quality standards and workmanship.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
I love this question. My favorite verse is Gal. 5:22-23 The fruits of the Spirit are Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self Control, for against such things there is no law.
