501 (c) (3) Foundation supporting the Arboretum, Children's Farmstead and Public Art
The Arts & Recreation Foundation of Overland Park serves the community and its visitors by supporting the Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens, Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead and Public Art programs in Overland Park. While the City owns and maintains the property and art, the Foundation, with the help of the Friends of the Arboretum, Friends of the Farmstead and Friends of Art, raise funds to support additions and enhancements. Current projects include a G-Scale Train Garden at the Arboretum, an Ice Cream Parlor at the Farmstead and sculpture at the Overland Park City Hall.
