What is your primary product or service?
Personal and Business tax and accounting services including QuickBooks services as a QuickBooks Pro-Advisor.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My first "A" in college was in a freshman accounting class. That class gave me a direction and focus I'd not had before. I've been at it ever since and am very grateful for and happy with the career that resulted.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I provide one-on-one personalized services and am extremely accessible and responsive to my clients. I provide very fast response times to all client inquiries. My high-technology office allows me to respond quickly to client requests for documents, information or services.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One.

Which areas do you service?
I have clients all over the United States. I'm specifically licensed in Kansas and Missouri but as a CPA I'm authorized to prepare tax returns and provide accounting services for all states and municipalities.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I do.
What are your hours of operation?
Generally Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. I also schedule appointments outside those hours and on weekends to meet with clients who are not available during regular business hours.
